So many helpful things in this – but what touched me most was how reassuring and kind Abraham is to the guy at the end…’Relax and tell us what’s on your mind’ etc…so loving and patient.
I like Abraham’s method of raising vibration through a natural progression of logical but hopeful statements, because then you can draw upon past experiences of feeling better. The memory of those experiences exists in all your cells, and so your body can truthfull believe that, “Yes, I have felt good and I can feel good again, and I think I’ll start feeling good again now.”
Thank you, Nat. It’s a wonderful start to a great day
